Two bathrooms and a scullery

The house has two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. There is also a very large scullery with a washing machine which also has drying programmes. Both the bathrooms are new and they both have a fan/heater which can blow cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter. Each of the fan heaters has a towel rail to dry your towels after use. Both bathrooms have bath mats and hooks for clothes. The lighting in each of the bathrooms is both recessed ceiling spotlights and directional wall lights.

The downstairs bathroom: There is a large bath with a shower, and a sink. The bath and sink are both egg-yellow, but it's very attractive. The bathroom has a wooden, sliding door. There is a shaving point and a mirror.

Scullery: The washing and drying machine is very efficient and there is a rack for drying clothes. A bicycle rack is attached to the wall and has two (rather old) bicycles which visitors are welcome to use. The garden parasol and cushions for the garden chairs are also kept here.

Downstairs toilet: The downstairs toilet also has a small hand basin.

The upstairs bathroom: There is a very large walk-in shower, a handmade blue china sink and a toilet in the upstairs bathroom. It’s a nice, light, airy room. There is a shaving point and a very large wall-mounted mirror.

Hot water: There is plenty of hot water as the hot water tank is huge; it’s kept permanently on as the house is occupied all year round.
