How to book

The house is rented by the week with the changeover day being Saturday. The house is fully insured for visitors and registered as an ‘enterprise’ in France, Siret Number: 50333364300016. Visitors arrive after 4pm on Saturday and leave before 11am. We recommend the linen and cleaning package as the house is prepared for you as if it were a hotel, you will be able to start your holiday immediately. Linen includes sheets, pillows, duvets, additional blankets (if necessary during winter lets), towels, washing up cloths.

To book:

1. Email and/or phone Lizzie to indicate your interest in the house and the dates you have in mind.
2. Once the dates have been agreed 25% of the total must be sent to confirm the booking, along with a cheque against breakages for £100.
3. The balance of the rental fee is due six weeks before you go.
4. Instructions on picking up the key and directions to the property are given on receipt of the balance.
5. The house is inspected after you leave, and cleaned. If everything is (within reason) as it was on your arrival, your deposit will be returned to you.
